Fake affidavits filed in the court for settlement in pending case – Amar Ujala Hindi News Live

On the orders of the Chief Judicial Magistrate Aligarh, a case has been registered against nine people in the case of fraudulent attempt to end a case pending in the court by submitting fake affidavits and applications of the plaintiff.

According to the report filed by Sattu Kheda resident Ravi Prakash, son of Devprakash, on 29 January 2017 the accused entered his house and beat him up. A case was registered in Khair police station on 12 February 2017. The police presented the chargesheet in Khair Civil Court. It is alleged that to avoid the case, the accused prepared fake affidavits and presented them in the court for the purpose of settlement.

After examining the file, it was found that the accused had filed an application in the court demanding that the case be closed on the basis of fake approval. The aggrieved party had complained to Khair police about misleading the court and presenting fake documents and had also sent an application by post to SSP Aligarh.

Later, a plea was made in the court for action. Based on the complaint, a case has been registered in Kotwali Khair against Amit, Ravi, Rajat, Suresh, Chintu alias Devendra, Vijaypal, Veerpal, Radheshyam, Pawan residents of Sattu Kheda under sections of fraud, preparing forged documents, conspiracy.
